What happens when someone fills out your "Website Leads Widget" on your website?
It depends if you have "Text Only" or "Text & Phone" options enabled.
When someone initiates a chat via text from the your widget on your website, the default mobile number for the user will get a text message alert and a notification on the mobile app if installed on their mobile phone.
The website visit will see a confirmation message and be directed to continue the conversation on their phone.
When someone initiates a call from your widget on your website, the call will then route to the first user. The next incoming call will then go to the next user.
